Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vindigni. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with returns and refunds. Please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

-Time Frame: You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- Condition: Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Items must not have make-up, fake tan or stains from wear or try-on.

- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

2. How to Return

- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at teresa@vindigni.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
